Tailmeet is an app for adults who walk their dogs. We do not tolerate child sexual abuse or exploitation in any form.
Zero tolerance
Using Tailmeet to create, share, request or promote any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation is forbidden — including child sexual abuse material, grooming, sextortion or the sexualisation of minors. This applies to profiles, photos, messages, Tailmeets and any other content.
Adults 18+ only
Tailmeet is only for people aged 18 or over. When we know, or have reason to believe, that an account belongs to a minor, we close it.
How to report
- In the app: on the profile, in the chat or on the Tailmeet, tap Report.
- Without the app, or without an account: at tailmeet.com/denunciar.
- By email: suporte@tailmeet.com.
If a child is in immediate danger, call 112.
What we do
We remove the content, suspend the account involved, preserve the evidence and report the case to the competent authorities — in Portugal, the Polícia Judiciária (criminal police).
Compliance with the law
We comply with the child protection law that applies to us, Portuguese and European Union, and cooperate with the authorities on any requests they make.
